Hi, i am using EG916Q-GL module.
I am based in Serbia, the module can detect local network, but fails to connect to them.
I believe I am using an older firmware version of the module, I would like to request the latest, and then try again.

Thank you for your reply, I have checked the device with another 1nce SIM card that I know is working and it still doesn’t connect to the network. I tried a local SIM card, and with that card the module has no problem connecting to the network. But with the 1nce SIM card it just won’t. I have used 1nce SIM cards with your other modules, such as M95, M95-R, EG915U-EU, BG95-M3 and had no problem connecting to the network.
Also, I have no access to the USB-DB pins, so i will need to do a DFOTA update from EG916QGLLGR01A03M04_01.001.01.001 to EG916QGLLGR01A05M04_01.002.01.002 if possible
