I am currently working with the Quectel EG915U module for my project. I downloaded and installed the USB driver from the official Quectel website. However, after connecting the board to my computer, I am unable to see any new COM/USB port in Device Manager.
I have already tried reinstalling the driver and reconnecting the device, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me understand if I am missing any configuration steps or if there are additional drivers or settings required?

Kindly try on this latest driver and execuete the software if your using windows.
No extra configuration is required.
