EG915N no GNSS -> Firmwareupdate?

we are trying to get GNSS working on the EG915N, but we are not able to get valid NMEA data.

How can we get the latest firmware?
And how can we update the module?

Hope some could help us.

Please check that the GNSS antenna or hardware connection and the type of antenna conforms to the reference design given in the hardware manual
