EG912U module is not supporting AT+QESIM commands

Hi team,
We are using EG912UGLAAR03A09M08 module in our application where we have used external eSIM (P/N# ST4SI2M0020TPIFW) with module to store network operator profile.
But during bring-up testing, when we are requesting available profiles in eSIM using AT+QESIM=“eid” command, we are getting “+CME ERROR: 58” and this error is same with any of AT+QESIM series command.
We are able to read QCCID with AT+QCCID command. This command is basically for USIM not eSIM.
Could you please explain why we are getting this error? Also, this error no. has not been mentioned in the error code list.
We are using “Quectel_EC200U_EG91xU_Series_eSIM_Application_Note_V1.0.pdf” document for eSIM related AT commands.

Your quick response will be really helpful in gettin this issue resolution at the earliest.

Hi ,
Ask me if I used the same module and conducted testing. I haven’t encountered the same problem as you, please check if your command format is correct. Or try updating the firmware version.
