hello, we have EG912U-gl module, irt is powered on and it accept AT command but in no way it can see the sim card, in any of the 2 sim channel, pin VDD don’t send any power supply to the sim card. it is always at 0v. is there any way to enable sim card comunication?

Is this the same when changing another SIM card?
I’m experiencing the same issue — we’re using the EG912U-GL module. It powers on and responds to AT commands, but it cannot detect the SIM card in either of the two SIM slots. The VDD pin doesn’t provide any power to the SIM card; it consistently measures 0V. Is there any way to enable SIM card communication?
Previously, SIM1 was working fine, but it suddenly stopped. When I switched to SIM2, it worked normally. However, I need both SIMs functional — one for the eSIM and the other for the physical SIM.
