EG91-EX power on problem

Hi Team…,
i’m used EG91-Ex …i trying to power on the module…first i have connect the battery for VBAT_BB and VBAT_RF at the time i didn’t get pwrkey normal floating voltage 0.7v…

1.What is the voltage between VBAT_BB/ VBAT_RF and GND.
2.What is the voltage between PWRKEY and GND.
3.Could you post your circuit here and let us analyse?

HI,
this is my circuit…when i remove the Quectel from my board at the time its working fine.PCB board pad to Quectel ic pins… once place the Quectel on my board its not working…
IC placement also perfectly soldered…
Impedence also i checked it.
In that same EG91 i’m already done for various application…
