we have some cases among the ten devices that we have in test
since febrary 2020 where the device “stops” working in 4G and switches to work “only” in 2G
regardless of field conditions and SIM type.
Another identical device (same HW, same FW) in the same place, with the same SIM works regulary in 4G.
