EG800Q-EU roaming problem

Hi
The EG800Q-EU modem won’t work when roaming abroad. I have a Polish SIM card (PLAY, PLUS), and it works fine in Poland. When I moved to the Czech Republic or Austria, it wouldn’t connect to the network. The same SIM cards used in my phone connect without a problem. I also bought a Czech O2 SIM card, and it won’t connect to the network in Poland either. What’s the problem?

Did you check with AT+QCFG="roamservice" ?

Yes, I set it, and only one I get CREG 5, but about 2-3 seconds later I get CREG 2. It looked like the modem logged in for a moment and then the network kicked it out.

On this particular issue , can you provide us the log files for futher analysis? and are you using only one module or several modules that face the issue?
