EG800Q-EU not turning on, VDD_EXT is 0V

Hi,

I have EG800Q-EU modules that are not turning on when VBAT of 3.8V is applied. When measuring VDD_EXT, I read 0V. I would like to upload my schematic but its telling me that new users cannot add attachments. Is there something obvious I am missing?

Hi,
After the VBAT of EC800Q is powered, the pwrkey pin module needs to be pulled down for a short time before it can be started. Please pull down the PWRKEY for a short time and then test the VDD_EXT voltage. I hope it will be helpful to you, thank you.
