can you please let me know if the EG800K-EU does support eDRX and PSM and if so how to configure it?

No, the EG800KEU does not support PSM and eDRX. You can choose the EG800Q instead.

Thank you for the reply. How can I achieve the power consumption as mentioned in the datasheet if not with DRX?

0.64 mA @ LTE-FDD Sleep (PF = 128)
0.56 mA @ LTE-FDD Sleep (PF = 256)

this is a normal sleep function,you need to run the AT+QSCLK=1
