As far as I know, the EC800E may not be a mainstream model at present.

I understand your issue. Your problem is that the firmware fails to download, right?
EC800E needs to enter forced download mode before the firmware can be downloaded.
The method is as follows:
Before powering on the module, pull down USB_BOOT (Pin82) to GND . When powered on, the module will enter forced download mode .
