EG25G +QLWURC: "pdp active"

Hello,
This is an inquiry not a problem. I’ve noticed that fairly early in the modem connection process with AT&T I get the following URC that I cannot find in any documentation:
+QLWURC: “pdp active”,“failed”,“attm2mglobal”

I’m getting this before I try to send a: AT+QICSGP=1,1,“Broadband”,"","",1

Is there any documentation on this URC? It looks like I could use this to “discover” the APN I need to use.
