EG25 Timeout on AT+QMMSEND and QPING

Hello, I’ve been trying to get MMS working on an EG25 with AT&T.
I am able to get SMS to work and receive MMS but cannot send MMS messages.

After the timeout period I get a +QMMSEND: 775,0 which indicates a timeout.

If I try a AT+QPING on the proxy IP it also gets a timeout. Is there anything I can do to further debug why requests timeout?

Many thanks,
Ken

Dear Kena,
Thanks for your inquiry in Quectel forum.
For your issue, please check whether the proxy IP you used now is apply for operator. Please note that the proxy IP you used now is just for China Unicom, you should use the right IP that apply for AT&T. So please double check it with the operator. Thanks!

Thanks Kyson. That is interesting. For this network I’ve not configured the proxy IP but when queried 10.0.0.172 is returned. Are the Quectel modems pre-configured with this value?

Yes, the module will pre-configured some parameters, but you need to change it according to the network you used now. Thanks!
