EG25-GC lte module in GPD WINMAX 2 laptop shows NO SERVICE for Russian providers

I bought EG25 lte module for GPD WINMAX 2 laptop. The device is recognized, it recognizes SIM card and shows available service providers, but refuses to exchange packages which leads to NO SERVICE status.

Is there any way to make it work?

Downgrade FW version?
