EG25-G usb1-port1: disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling

Hi all - intermittently getting these errors with the usb device dropping out, then coming back.
Sometimes it is associated with traffic, other times not. Any idea on what the next step is for debugging?

I’ve swapped out the usb A - micro B cable that came with the kit - will let it sit overnight and see if that makes a difference.

So, this was significantly improved (up for 7 hrs) - no longer an ?EMI? disconnect description.
That said, it still disconnected, and did not re-establish a connection. Are there any options or configurations for how the connection manager should handle this situation? (e.g. retry options)

usb usb1-port1: disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling…

As it means, you should check the hardware design.

The modem has restarted.
