EG25-G USB Ports detection on windows 10 / 7 operating system

HI,

We are struggling to detect the EG25-G USB ports on the machine; however, we are using the (Quectel_LTE_Windows_USB_Driver_RNDIS_V1.0) &(Quectel_LTE&5G_Windows_USB_Driver_V2.2.4.zip), our machine is running on windows 10 Version 20H1.

Also, we have tested the EG25-G with updated windows Version 21H2, and we are able to detect all the USB ports on the updated machine using the same drivers.

Can you please let us know if the drivers are compatible with the lower version of Windows 10 and also, does it work with windows 7?

We got the reply from Nikola Tosic (Quectel FAE)

He shared the old version drivers on email which supports windows 7 as well as 10 all the versions.

We have tried drivers that you have shared in an email this driver is not working with windows 7 as well they are throwing an error the USB device is unrecognized

Can you please let us know the driver with the compatible windows 7 as well as Windows 10 all the versions?
