EG25-G reset timing and resetting USB connection between module and sim card without resetting entire device

Hello, I have a couple questions about EG25-G:

First, how long does it take from RESET_N pin going high before module is finished restarting (or USB connection to microcontroller would be available) (related to Figure 16 of Quectel_EG25-G_Hardware_Design_V1.4.pdf, basically how timing extends to the right of the figure)?

Then, is it possible to reset/restart the USB connection from the sim card to module without resetting the entire module?
