EG25-G remote call problems

Hello there,

I’m having problems when doing calls. When the remote user pick up the call I receive no message whatsoever so I don’t know if the call has ben answered. Also, the audio only works when receiving calls.

I’m also trying to find how to upgrade the firmware in case that resolves the problem, but I don’t see any way of doing this.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can run the at^dsci=1 command. A prompt will be displayed when the dial is connected.
