EG25-G GPS when no internet connection

EG25-G GPS, when there is no any internet access, i.e. no mobile or WiFi network

  1. can we get a location using EG25-G GPS, inside vehicle, train or airplane, but not in moving?

  2. will gpsOneXTRA still help under this scenario? any way to download some XTRA data for offline use to improve the location fixing?

Stand-alone GPS (not cellular-assisted) will work if a suitable antenna is connected, and enough of the sky is visible.
