EG25-G does not work

I have 2 pieces of eg25ggb-minipcie modules in stock. 2 modules are tested in one mikrotik equipment. By physically replacing 1 with 2.
The first one with firmware EG25GGBR07A08M2G_01.001.01.001 works fine.
The second one with firmware EG25GGBR07A08M2G_30.200.30.200 does not register in the lte network.

I ask for help in solving this problem.

Please provide the firmware EG25GGBR07A08M2G_01.001.01.001 to downgrade

cannot downgrade to EG25GGBR07A08M2G_01.001.01.001.

For some special reasons, the module restricts access in some areas.
