EG25-G conducted output power doesn't match tune-up info

Hello,

We are trying to get FCC and ISED certification for our device that uses EG25-G module. For the certification the conducted RF power needs to match the tune-up info of the module.

The tune-up info document states that WCDMA bands have 24dBm+1/-3dB output power but our testing partner has measured 27dBm in UMTS FDD bands II, IV and V. Also the tune-up info document states that LTE TDD conducted output power is 23dBm±2dB but in band 41 was measured to have 19dBm. All other FCC and ISED bands were ok.

What could be the problem? Firmware version mismatch? Is the tune-up document correct?

At least in the EG25-G certification documents the firmware version used was EG25GGBR07A06M4G. We used EG25GGBR07A08M2G 01.002.01.002 version in our certification tests. This could not be the problem?

Sorry, it is not possible to confirm why the BAND41 is not up to standard, you can try it with the latest firmware. I will email you the firmware
