EG21 not working at AT&T USA

Hi, What is the correct firmware needed for AT&T USA for this modem?
I can’t get data service with it. The SIM used gets data service inside a phone.
I am using ubuntu. Neither qmicli nor “Modem Manager” work.

Is it registered to the network?
Is the APN configured on the modem?
