EG21-G SMS Event Reporting Configuration

We using the EG21-G modul.

When setting the SMS Event Reporting Configuration, we get an error back.
request: AT+CNMI=0,0,0,0,0
response: ERROR

Even if we use the example from the documentation, we get an error:
request: AT+CMGF=1
response: ERROR
request: AT+CSCS=“GSM”
response: ERROR
request: AT+CNMI=1,2,0,1,0

If we use the test command, we get OK
request: AT+CNMI=?
response: +CNMI: (0-2),(0-3),(0,2),(0-2),(0,1)

What are we doing wrong

I am using the below revision
Revision: EG21GGBR07A09M1G

Problem solved.

You must first log into the network to execute the command AT+CNMI=0,0,0,0,0.
