I am using a MikroTik Chateau LTE18 ax and after updating to A13 I started having LTE connectivity issues. I would like to test the previous stable A12 release.
If possible, could you please send:
- EG18EAPAR01A12M4G_01.001.01.001
or - any available DFOTA package for A13 → A12 rollback.

Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade from A13 to A12 anymore as it could harm your module. Now the only available A12 firmware is EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.001.01.001 and it is not feasible to downgrade.

В первом устройстве установлен модем EG18-EA Ревизия EG18EAPAR01A13M4G с прошивкой EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.003.01.003 - это устройство работает корректно(определяет сим карту и получает сеть от оператора)
Во втором устройстве установлен модем EG18-EA Ревизия EG18EAPAR01A13M4G с прошивкой EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.300.01.300 - это устройство не видит сеть оператора (сим карту определяет видит частоты, через cell monitor видит сети операторов, но саму сеть(интернет) не получает) слот под сим карту и сама сим карта рабочии, пробовал на 4х операторах.
в связи с этим хотелось бы на втором устройстве откатить прошивку модема до версии EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.003.01.003. Заранее благодарю.

I understand there is an issue with your module. But unfortunately, EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.300.01.300 is the latest firmware for the module and cannot be downgraded to the older version than .200 as it could harm your module.
Another way is, can you help to provide me AT logs of the failed operation, design file of your project or any related information. I could help to analyze the issue. If the contents of your project is highly sensitive to be shared here, we can communicate through email,

I have an EG18-EA with firmware EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.300.01.300 and I’m having problems with LTE network registration. The modem keeps searching and sometimes cannot register at all. The same SIM card works normally in another LTE modem.
I would like to try downgrading to EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.200.01.200.
Could you please send me a DFOTA package for downgrading from 01.300.01.300 to 01.200.01.200 or the full 01.200.01.200 firmware? Please also let me know how to install it.

The module detects the SIM correctly (CPIN: READY), but it cannot register:
CEREG: 2,4
QNWINFO: No Service
QENG: LIMSRV
The same SIM cards work normally in a phone.
Please provide the official compatible firmware/DFOTA package for A13,
preferably EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.201.01.201 or the currently recommended
regional firmware, together with QFlash/QFirehose and flashing instructions.
