Is it possible to get the update-file for version 13 in a form like this:
“LBR20_A11_to_A13_LTE_upgrade_package(Europe_Australia).zip”
Bygone updates were offered that way afaik.
Aditionally, starting the updating process from inside the routers configuration panel would be great! No necessity of external tools then.

Meanwhile it’s nearly a month without any response. 
Therefor I want to ask, if there is still any chance for me to update my module from version 11 to version 13.
Even more important: Can anyone please provide an (detailed) update guide for how to install the file(s) in the zip?

Hallo, I have installed on a Zyxel LTE5398-M904 the firmware package “Update_EG18EAPAR01A08V05M4G-R01A13M4G_01.200.01.200_V02” that i found on the web, is there any updated firmware for this module you can send me?

Just a further question: is the one you sent me an incremental update? Can I install it from the EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.200.01.200 version?
And, in case, as I assume by the size, is an incremental update, is it possible to have the latest update in complete (not incremental) version? I am experiencing an issue on one of the routers, a Zyxel LTE7490-M904 where from root access via ssh with Putty, I can’t communicate with the modem module, because any input has as outcome a "segmentation fault"response.I wanted to do an attempt with a clean firmware install.
Yes, you can indeed upgrade to this version.
If you are unable to perform the upgrade via USB, you may need to use DFOTA for the upgrade. In this case, you will need to apply for a delta firmware package.

Is this your current firmware version?
The file I installed is named
“Update_EG18EAPAR01A08V05M4G-R01A13M4G_01.200.01.200_V02”
and actually it did the job to upgrade from version 08 to version 13.
I am not sure what it should mean that “V02” , probably you should know better than me.
If you need to be more sure about the present firmware version, please tell me any recognition method I can use to identify that precisely.
Just bare in mind I cannot access via AT commands at the moment.
