EC800K-CN engineer FW

Hi,

Hello, I’m working with the EC800K-CN module and would like to request an engineering or APP+CP firmware version that supports AT+QENG, AT+QNWINFO, and cell-level information such as EARFCN and PCI.
My current firmware is: EC800KCNLCR07A04M04_OCPU_QPY

Please let me know if an appropriate firmware is available for evaluation and testing. Thank you.

Thanks, but can you help me with the installation of this FW. It’s seems unpacked version of FW because before we used only PAC file format and for installation QMulti_DL.

Thanks working well.

Before updating my module with this FW it’s could not answer to the commands AT+CGREG and AT+CREG and I received 0,0. Now it’s started to answer to this commands also.
If module not support GSM, GPRS and can work only with 4G LTE how it can answer to those commands?

May I ask what your specific application scenario is? The EC800K only supports 4G only.

I want to know if this module can work with GPRS and GSM networks, and why before the update the module could only register in the 4G network, but after the update it with the standard FW it can register in GPRS and GSM networks. Which makes me doubt.

1 year ago in our project we used 20K EC600U-EU modules but now we received 15K modules with EC800K-CN
now I want to know what maximum feature I can got from that modules. But now I doubt because I’m testing non upgraded module it return to CREG and CGREG 0,0 for CEREG it return 0,1 what is mean module can work only with 4G. But upgraded EC800K-CN module return for all commands CREG, CGREG, CEREG 0,1 what make me crazy why this happening?

EC800KCNLC is 4G only. The specification sheet is attached for your reference.

I suggest that you only need to focus on the 4G network registration.
