EC25E WWAN issue connecting with ISP

hI TEAM,
we are facing issue to connect EC25E module with ISP.Driver installed and can see adaptor but its not connecting with ISP.Some time it connect and disconnect frequently .
first i installed
Quectel_LTE&5G_Windows_USB_Driver_V2.1
then
Quectel_LTE&5G_Windows_USB_Driver_V2.2.4
but still same.but with the 2.2.4 version some seconds connected and got IP.then its disconnected .
