EC25E and AT+QOPS

Hello.
I bought the EC25E module. I want to make a device for monitoring cellular operators. But when studying the description of the AT command AT + QCOPS and comparing it with the module’s responses, an inaccuracy was revealed. Please help with the issue of AT commands of the module without using SIM cards. Perhaps I have an old firmware. Please send me new firmware and flashing tools for reprogramming.

MCC and MNC “59231”, “59247” in our city and in the country there are no such mobile operators. This is a clear mistake.
“59247” should be “MegaFon RUS”
“59231” should be “MTS RUS”

But “Tele2 RU” - shows correctly

I guess I definitely need to update the firmware?
Please help me in this matter.

I ask for advice - what firmware should be loaded into the EC25-E module to be able to execute the AT + QOPSCFG and AT + QOPS commands?

About AT+QOPS command, your module version do not support this feature. i have send your the later FW support QOPS command, you can update the version.By the way, we do not advice you use QCOPS command, because the information searched by this command is not detailed in the QOPS command, we now recommend that customers use the QOPS command, thank you.
