Ec25afxd verizon certification?

Hi.
According to here the ec25afxd is certified on verizon.

However, some of the modems i’m getting in my gl-inet routers are not showing as certified if punching the imei into verizon’s checker. Also, the device only seems to work on some verizon towers, service is spotty.
Is there a firmware update for the device to get it working correctly on verizon?
Current modem firmware is EC25AFXDGAR07A01M1G
