EC25 time to enter sleepmode

We have been experimenting with EC25 and entering sleep mode. We are finding the “enter sleep voting” seems to take 10 seconds after the last data is sent. Is there a way to inform the voting that we are done sending data / and hence reduce the timeout. This timeout is a significant part of awake time currently. On other modules I have seen AT commands that allow us to do this – but not on the ec25…

Hi,you can use this command to test:
AT+QSCLKEX=[,<idle_time>[,<retry_time>]]
+QSCLKEX: (0-1),(1-50),(1-600)
AT+QSCLKEX=1,1

We are having problems with this. Please help us. It means we can not use enhanced sleep.

We get unexpected “CONNECT” messages - which causes the SEND OK messages to stop appearing. So we are unable to determine when the buffer is empty to allow more bytes to be sent.

Our EC25 has the EC25EFAR06A16M4G firmware already installed.

We believe this is a firmware issue - as we are under the impression older releases did not do this - however, we do not have any to test as we can’t roll back the firmware. Can you please confirm this behaviour is reproducible and advise how we can workaround it in the short term?
