EC25 SMS Topic using AT+CMGS

Hi
I am sending SMS using AT+CMGS=“097319555XX”

Hi ctrl+z
It sends SMS properly and the status returns immediately.
if AT+CMGS=“05754180113”
Hi ctrl+z
I am not getting any reply from the module. wait time for response 120S.
In 2nd example Phone number is wrong. How to find a valid phone number while sending SMS?
How much time Module takes to respond if SMS is not delivered or any error happened in ME.
