EC25 SGMII interface

HI.
I found EC25 that has a SGMII interface and I want to connect to the internet over Ethernet port.but I didn’t find any documentation or AT Commands for enabling SGMII interface .My question is that this interface works automatically and just providng PHY is enough or extra configuration is needed?

Hi. I couldn’t handle ethernet connection on windows. I’m using fc20 kit, ec25 kit ans umts/lte evb board. Ethernet leds not blinking.
