EC25 SGMII interface IC support

We are planning to use EC25 module SGMII interface for Ethernet application. Can anyone suggest equivalent IC for AR8033 PHY, apart from Texas IC DP83867CS. Because Texas IC is costly. We are looking low cost IC’s compare to Texas. AR8033 is hard to purchase.

may i know that EC25 will support RTL8111H and RTL8125? drivers are available?
