Before you open the TCP connection, whether you set APN and activate the PDP context ? Please make sure you already active the PDP successful before you open the connection. Thanks!

So I try to change PDP context 2,3,4

Please check the firmware you used now with ATI command.
You use SKT sim card, right ? If yes, please use the right firmware than have get SKT certificate. Thanks!
