EC25 Open PDP context failed

Trying to use the EC25 module to ping google.com or “8.8.8.8”, however QPING returns 561 every time, Log below after fresh restart:

QPING always returns 569 through all testing. any help appreciated

You can use the AT+CGDCONT? command to check, and pinging other URLs doesn’t work either?
