Referring to this PDF, https://sixfab.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Quectel_EC25_Mini_PCIe_Hardware_Design_V2.3.pdf the 22R resistor was removed in the updated PDF for the USIM interface.
The reserved resistor is convenient for later debugging, not too large, 0-22 Ω are OK.
