EC25 module not stable in Device Manager – looking for firmware files

Hello,

I am working with a Quectel EC25ٍeux module, but I am facing a problem when connecting it to Windows. In Device Manager, the device keeps connecting and disconnecting repeatedly (the drivers appear and disappear).

Details:

  • Module: Quectel EC25
  • Revision: EC25EUXGAR08A09M1G
  • OS: Windows (latest updates installed)

Additional info:

  • The module responds to AT commands.
  • I can connect to it using QNavigator.
  • However, the ports in Device Manager are not stable and keep reconnecting.

I would like to:

  1. Fix the driver/connection issue so the module is recognized properly.
  2. Update or change the firmware on the EC25.

Could someone please guide me on how to solve this issue and where I can download the correct firmware and flashing tools?

Any help or official download links would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Quectel Support Team,

I was using an EC25-EUX module with firmware version EC25EUXGAR08A09M1G, and it was working normally.
After I updated it to EC25EUXGAR08A19M1G, the module stopped registering to the mobile network.

I need to use this module in the Middle East region.
Could you please provide the correct firmware version for this region, preferably EC25EUXGAR08A09M1G or EC25EUXGAR08A09M1G_20.003.20.003?
Detail Firmware: 20.003.20.003
