Hi,

Check your antenna connection. This is the only way that it does not connect to network. We use more than thousand EC25, if it detects SIM card it connects to network if it has antenna.

Sometimes the registration can fail due to the carrier blocking the modem by imei, especially in the US (mostly Tmobile). I’ve seen other cases where the registration was successful but the data was blocked. Either way, you may want to check with your carrier before wasting precious time.
