EC25-EUX: QTONEDET in ERROR

Hello everyone.
A few minutes after starting the module I send an AT command to activate the reception of DTMF tones and it is always fine.
In one case I have always received the error response:
AT+QTONEDET=1
ERROR

Do you have any idea what that might be?
