We have 3 cellular operators in our country, two of them work and one doesn’t.
We don’t see the SIM card when you insert it into the slot
What should we do? Is there a firmware that will fix this problem?

I have sent you the AT command tool and the driver under Windows system through the chat box. You can install the driver after connecting via USB, and use the QCOM tool to select the AT port to enter the AT command.
