EC25-EUX does not detect sim card

I have a modem pool of 8 modems based on EC25 modules.
I use it in Russia. I tried sim cards of 4 operators that work in other modems and phones.

Modems could not register on the network either automatically or manually.

What could be the problem?

ERROR 10 means SIM not inserted, you should check your SIM state.
You can try restart moudle to confirm whether the problem still exists, thank you.
