EC25-EU minipcie windows 11 not woking properly

i have quectel EC25-EU mini pcie (EC25EUGA-512-SGNS) and not workin properly on Windows 11 PRO .
Sometimes connect to LTE but 1-2 second and disconnect, after NO SERVICE. ( i try 2 diferrent service provider sims)
I download the EC25 driver and install, but noot good. (Quectel EC25 LTE)

i put other tablet with Windows 10 pro, install driver and maybe work no disconnect, but vodafone hard to LTE, Deutch telekom is ok 1-2 second and LTE.

in windows 11 check DEVICE manager , not find faulty driver or faulty hardvare from quectel ports or modem.

any idea what is the problem on windows 11 ?

Could you show the device manager?
Which USB mode does the modem work in?
