Hi, thank you very much for your reply, I will explain in detail what happened and what I did, I have this EC25-EUXGR I installed the drivers and it worked very well with the Italian sim, then, I did the firmware update EC25EUXGAR08A09M1G_20.003. 20.003 and now it no longer picks up the network, it no longer picks up any signal, then, I made various attempts to then try to install the EC25-EU version, which obviously failed and now it is no longer even recognized by the PC, the blue LED lights up very weak and batsa. Could you help me? thank you very much indeed.

Did you upgrade from the R07 baseline to the R08 baseline? There is a high risk in cross-baseline upgrades for the module, which may cause the module to stop working. It is recommended that you contact the after-sales service for handling.

What’s the initial firmware version of your module? You can provide the IMEI number, and I can help you query it.Then I’ll send you the latest stable firmware version, and you can try it again.
