We face a very stange issue with LTE module. It works fine with regular mobile provider LTE plans but we try to use custom APN provided by Vodafone, it registers in the network but cannot obtain IP address. Sim card with the same configuration works fine on other devices with different LTE modules. Behaviour is the same in Windows and Linux OS.
Could you please help to troubleshoot the issue ? Thanks

Can you check the AT+CGDCONT? and AT+QENG=“SERVINGCELL” commands and show me the return results?
