EC25-E Mini PCIe Not detect

i am using EC25-E EFA Mini PCIe module.
VCC is 3.3Vdc. We have used the Linux OS. The Module is interfacing with USB. Currently we are facing the issue of “Not Detecting Chip” We have checked Power level and check USB Hub IC is ok.

Could any one can suggest how to fix this issue?

Is there any New/updated driver required??
