EC25-E is not detected

Hi,

I am getting the following error while connecting the EC25-E module

Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

This device was working OK and device drivers are properly installed. (Windows 10 OS)

I recommend you download the driver file from the link below and reinstall it. If the problem persists, you can test it on another computer.

HAI, We also facing similar issue. we installed this driver ,its installed and detected but not working with ISP. The driver automatically enable and disable .and was connected once a few seconds then its not connected .

NOW I INSTALLED ANOTHER NEW MODEM ITS SHOWING THIS REVISION. Shall i upgrade firmware?EC25EFAR02A08M4G

Yes, you can upgrade the firmware version, but I personally think the driver has nothing to do with the firmware version

Dear, is this the latest firmware for this module(EC25EFAR02A08M4G)? shall i upgrade ?

and also on that folder i upgraded the below files only.

is that correct? or should i upload&upgrade this FIREHOSE containing files aswell?
