We currently use EC25-E on a Yocto Linux system as our modem for GSM and LTE functionalities.
The microphone on the system used is ics43432, with a generic system speaker, and we rely on alsaloop to loop the audio content from mic to modem, and from modem to speaker.
Problem we have with GSM call is during a call, sound coming out of the device speaker is echoed back onto the device microphone.
We tried a few different audio settings for modem (via AT command):
AT+QAUDMOD
Which seems to by default enable echo cancellation,
But we got no results.
Additionally, there are other echo cancelling related options mentioned in the documentation, but we are unsure on how to proceed in this case.
