Unfortunately, the modem on my Dell E6430 laptop is not detectable in the WWAN connector. Do you know what is causing this?

There is no way to update the driver, because the device is not visible even in the Device Manager

Yes, I try in Dell E6400 is the same effect. I installed DW5570 in E6430 and E6400 in WWAN port and works great.
