EC25-E A16 Firmware HTTPS/QHTTPPOST 702 Issue

Hello Quectel Team,

We are using the EC25-E module for HTTPS chunk-based FOTA download.

We observed that firmware version:

EC25EFAR08A03M4G_20.001.20.001

works correctly and completes the FOTA successfully.

However, firmware version:

EC25EFAR06A16M4G_20.200.20.200

fails consistently after approximately 23–26 HTTPS chunk downloads with:

+QHTTPPOST: 702

The same application firmware, server, SIM card, and network setup are used for both modules.

Could you please provide:

  1. Release notes for EC25EFAR06A16M4G_20.200.20.200

  2. Any known issues related to HTTPS/QHTTP/TLS

  3. Recommended solution for this issue.

  4. Any AT-command workaround for this issue
