EC25 continuous disconnection

Hi, I’m using the EC25 module with Chan_quectel, but I’m constantly getting disconnections from the modem.
I’m using firmware EC25AUXGAR08A06M1.
Is there an update? Is this a known issue?

Please try to upgrade the version shared with you and see what happen, as you mentioned “getting disconnections from the modem”, perhaps you can check if the antenna and SIM card connections are secure, or provide the following AT command when the problem reoccurs
AT+CFUN?
AT+CPIN?
AT+CGDCONT?
AT+QENG=“servingcell”

When I say disconnection I mean that chan_cuectel detects a timeout and reinitializes the modem, I created an application that opens ttyUSB3 with ttyUSB2 being the port used by Asterisk and I noticed that the modem stops responding for a few seconds in both ports and then responds again. And it only happens with one of the operators in my country, how could I correct this?

sorry, it’s not clear for me, what’s the chan_cuectel and Asterisk refer to? Please use QCOM serial port tool for cross validation in Windows

Hello, I updated the firmware on the EC25 module I have, and the problem persists.

When I talk about chan_quectel, I’m referring to a module in the Asterisk telephony software used to make calls through its modules.

The problem occurs when the Ethernet emulator is activated with AT+QCFG=“usbnet”,1

and it connects to the network and makes calls.
Every few minutes, a condition arises where the module stops responding to commands for a few seconds.

AT+CFUN?
AT+CPIN?
AT+CGDCONT?
AT+QENG=“servingcell”
None of these commands are responded to during the failure interval.
It only occurs when the APN is properly configured and there is internet access.
